This Shipping Policy ("Policy") governs all orders placed through monaes.store and applies to all customers regardless of location. By completing a purchase on monaes.store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy in full.
Monaé® works with third-party shipping carriers and fulfillment partners to deliver orders worldwide. While we make every effort to ensure timely and accurate delivery, shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Monaé® is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather events, or any other circumstances beyond our direct control.
All orders are subject to a processing and handling period before shipment. Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days of payment confirmation. Processing time is separate from and in addition to the shipping transit time outlined in Section 3.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day. During periods of high order volume including promotional sales, product launches, or holiday periods, processing times may be extended. Monaé® will make reasonable efforts to communicate any significant delays.
An order confirmation email will be sent upon successful placement of your order. A separate shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent once your order has been dispatched. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the email address provided at checkout is accurate and accessible.
Once dispatched, orders are estimated to arrive within the following timeframes:
These timeframes are estimates only and are not contractual guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, local postal infrastructure, customs processing, carrier capacity, and other external factors entirely outside the control of Monaé®.
Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in the country of origin and the destination country.
Monaé® does not guarantee delivery by any specific date. Customers are strongly advised not to make time-sensitive plans based on estimated delivery dates. Estimated delivery windows displayed at checkout are provided for guidance purposes only and do not constitute a binding commitment.
Monaé® ships orders through reputable third-party international shipping carriers. The carrier assigned to your order will be confirmed in your shipping confirmation email along with your tracking number. Monaé® reserves the right to select the most appropriate carrier for each order at its sole discretion.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through the carrier's tracking system or through the order tracking page on monaes.store.
Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation email has been sent. In some cases, tracking information may not update in real time depending on the carrier and destination country. A lack of tracking updates does not indicate that a shipment is lost.
It is the customer's sole responsibility to monitor their tracking information and ensure they are available to receive their delivery. Monaé® is not responsible for missed deliveries, failed delivery attempts, or packages held at local post offices or customs facilities due to the customer's failure to collect or respond.
All international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country's customs authorities. These charges are entirely outside the control of Monaé® and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Monaé® is not responsible for any customs delays, holds, or additional charges incurred during the import process. Customs processing times vary by country and can add significant time to the estimated delivery window. Delays caused by customs are not grounds for a refund or dispute under our Refund Policy.
Customers are strongly advised to familiarise themselves with the import regulations and duty rates applicable in their country before placing an order. Refusal to pay customs duties or failure to collect a package held by customs does not entitle the customer to a refund of the product price or shipping fees.
It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate, complete, and up to date, including the full name, street address, city, postal code, and country.
Monaé® will ship orders to the exact address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address as a result of customer error. If an incorrect address is provided and the order is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the order.
If you notice an error in your shipping information after placing your order, you must contact us immediately at hello@monaes.store with the subject line: Address Correction — Order #[your order number]. We will make every effort to update the address before dispatch but cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered the fulfillment process.
A package will only be considered lost if all of the following conditions are met:
If all of the above conditions are met, please contact us at hello@monaes.store with the subject line: Lost Package — Order #[your order number]. We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf. Please note that carrier investigations can take up to 14 business days to conclude.
Monaé® will not consider a package lost, issue a replacement, or process a refund until the full 20 business day delivery window has elapsed and a carrier investigation has been completed. Packages that show a confirmed delivery status in the carrier's tracking system will not be considered lost regardless of the customer's claim of non-receipt. In such cases, customers are advised to contact their local postal authority or file a report with local law enforcement.
Shipping delays can occur due to a wide range of factors including but not limited to customs processing, adverse weather conditions, carrier capacity issues, national holidays, civil disruptions, or other force majeure events. These factors are entirely outside the control of Monaé® and do not constitute grounds for a refund or dispute.
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window of 8 to 12 business days but has not yet exceeded 20 business days, your order is not considered delayed or lost. Please continue to monitor your tracking information and allow the full 20 business day window to elapse before contacting us.
If a package is refused by the customer at the point of delivery or goes unclaimed and is subsequently returned to Monaé®, the customer will not be entitled to a refund of the original shipping fees. If the customer wishes to have the order resent, they will be responsible for all additional shipping costs. Monaé® reserves the right to deduct applicable handling and return shipping fees from any refund issued in such circumstances.
Monaé® shall not be held liable for any shipping delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, acts of war or terrorism, strikes, governmental actions, customs authority decisions, or carrier disruptions. In such circumstances, estimated delivery timeframes may be significantly extended and Monaé® will not be obligated to issue refunds or compensation on the basis of delivery delays alone.
Where free shipping is offered on monaes.store, it applies to standard international shipping only. Free shipping promotions are subject to change or withdrawal at any time without prior notice. Free shipping does not guarantee expedited delivery or a specific delivery timeframe beyond those outlined in Section 3 of this Policy.
Monaé® reserves the right to modify, update, or replace this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. The version of this Policy in effect at the time your order is placed will govern your shipment. It is the customer's responsibility to review this Policy at the time of purchase.
